Maintenance services in the Russian Federation include:

• Pre-sales service
• Implementation of the first warranty inspections
• Guarantee service within the guarantee period provided
• After guarantee service
• Supply and sale of original spare parts

The maintenance services are provided by service partners of Karex, as under the existing dealership agreements.
